CIA Continues Pushing Woke Ads Despite Criticism
(UnitedVoice.com) – The CIA is bravely standing its ground in the face of its critics, sticking to a policy opponents say is discredited and harmful. But what hill has the Agency chosen to die on? Extraordinary rendition? Enhanced interrogation? The use of paramilitary field teams to assist friendly insurgent groups? Sadly, no. They’ve made another woke recruitment ad instead:

Langley’s new “Humans of CIA” campaign has been drawing fire since late March when the Agency released a video by “a cisgender millennial, who has been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder.” Many people, unsurprisingly, thought someone with generalized anxiety disorder might not be the top choice for a high-pressure intelligence job. The CIA refused to back down, though and released more of the controversial ads.
Now they’ve done it again. This time, the ad features a gay man who talks about his surprise when he “noticed a rainbow on then-Director Brennan’s lanyard.” Some people might think it would be better if he’d noticed the Russian cyberattack that’s shut off fuel to the East Coast…
