(TheFreedomFlag.com)- Joe Biden might be forced to leave his basement once he becomes the official nominee for his party, but it looks like he’s going to try and keep public interactions to a minimum. This week the campaign manager for the former vice president, Jen O’Malley Dillon, announced that he will not be participating in a fourth debate ahead of the presidential election in November.
A letter sent on Monday to the Commission on Presidential Debates confirmed that Biden would only take part in the minimum three debates usually seen in presidential debates.
“Joe Biden looks forward to facing Donald Trump in a multi-debate series that the American people have come to expect from their leaders,” the letter reads. “We hope that President Trump would not break that tradition or make excuses for a refusal to participate.”
The letter appeared to imply that President Trump was likely to want to back out of debates with the former vice president, when the Trump re-election campaign has specifically asked for more debates to hold the president and Biden to account for their track record and give them a chance to debate in front of the people of America.
If the fake news media is to be believed, President Trump is struggling in the polls. If it’s true, and they’ve not oversampled Democrat voters like they did last time, then it’s likely a result of Biden’s relative silence and the significance of the ongoing Black Lives Matter riots. President Trump admitted during his first post-lockdown rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that his advisors told him to avoid sending in the troops too early to deal with the BLM rioters, so people could get a feel for what it would be like living under Democrat rule.
It may have backfired, however, with Biden doing surprisingly well in the polls.
Until now, though, Biden has barely addressed the public – and it could all come crumbling down when more voters are exposed to his clear cognitive decline.
“Our position is straightforward and clear: Joe Biden will accept the Commission’s debates, on the Commission’s dates, under the Commission’s established format and the Commission’s independent choice of moderators,” the letter added.
Why doesn’t Joe Biden (and his team) want to face Trump more than the bare minimum?
