(TheFreedomFlag.com)- Democratic governor Gina Raimondo of Rhode Island was caught without a mask sitting at a table at Barnaby’s Public House last Friday, where she appears to have enjoyed a drink with others drinking wine and socializing…after telling residents to stay at home.
Wouldn’t you think that after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Governor Gavin Newsom were both excoriated for breaking their own rules, Democrat politicians would have more sense?
The same week that Raimondo was spotted out drinking with friends, she told residents of Rhode Island to only go outside for essential activities.
“Please, stay home except for essential activities & wear a mask anytime you’re with people you don’t live with,” she said in a tweet.
It’s week two of our pause. I know it’s been hard, but I want to thank every Rhode Islander who’s following our guidance. Please, stay home except for essential activities & wear a mask anytime you’re with people you don’t live with. Together, we can turn our case numbers around.

Raimondo can even be seen wearing a mask in her profile picture, signifying her commitment to protecting the people of Rhode Island from the Chinese virus.
American patriots from all over the country took to Twitter to post photographs of Governor Raimondo at Barnaby’s not wearing her mask, noting her hypocrisy.

But Raimondo’s office, somehow, didn’t see the hypocrisy. A representative of the Democrat politician told the press that she was following the rules.
“The governor had dinner at a local restaurant with her husband, and had her mask on anytime she was not eating/drinking,” Josh Block said.
And even though the woman who took the photo, Erica Oliveras, defended her, it doesn’t change the fact she broke her own rules.
Oliveras said that she was mostly amazed that she was supporting a local business, but the governor’s advice said that residents shouldn’t leave their home unless it was essential.
On what planet is going to a restaurant “essential,” and why did the governor push a rule like this that will cripple small businesses across her state?
