(TheFreedomFlag.com)- Presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden finally emerged from his basement in his home in Delaware after refusing to leave for two months. Biden has been avoiding the media spotlight, conveniently covered by the coronavirus pandemic, and giving interviews only on select livestreams and friendly news channels.
He hasn’t even held a press conference in almost two months.
But, as it’s Memorial Day and he knows he’ll never be forgiven for failing to honor America’s war heroes, he and his wife emerged from their home wearing black masks (and even a big pair of sunglasses) to pay respects in a Delaware park.

The decision to wear shades as well as a mask is interesting, given it completely covers his face.
Speaking from behind his mask, Biden could just about be heard saying, “Never forget the sacrifices that these men and women made. Never, ever, ever forget.”
He also told the media that “it feels good to be out of my house.”

Biden must have broken a record for having visited the least amount of places during a presidential campaign so far. As the presumptive nominee, now would be the time for Biden to start making the rounds and hosting rallies like President Trump did to secure his election in 2016. But that isn’t happening.
President Trump and Vice President Pence also appeared at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery earlier in the day. Neither was wearing a mask, though kept a healthy distance from everyone they met.

What a difference a mask makes!
